This was not simply a transportation task, but a comprehensive operation requiring strict cold chain control, regulatory compliance, and precise time management. From the preparation stage, our team proactively developed a detailed execution plan, ensuring all technical and regulatory requirements for biological cargo were fully met. Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, the entire process was activated under priority handling—closely coordinating with the airline to minimize dwell time and continuously monitoring the condition of the dry shipper to ensure temperature stability.
With thorough preparation and hands-on expertise, Orient Dragon Freight completed all required procedures and delivered the shipment within just 2 hours after flight arrival—a clear testament to our operational efficiency and capability in handling temperature-sensitive cargo.
In parallel, quarantine inspection and customs clearance were executed seamlessly and accurately, ensuring a smooth process without compromising product integrity.
